Models of care for patients with hypertension and diabetes in humanitarian crises: a systematic review

Abstract Care for non-communicable diseases, including hypertension and diabetes (HTN/DM), is recognized as a growing challenge in humanitarian crises, particularly low- middle-income countries (LMICs) where most crises occur. There little evidence to support actors governments designing efficient, effective, context-adapted models of care HTN/DM such settings. This article aimed systematically review the on targeting people with affected by LMICs.
